Journey to Wellness
Hi, I’m Ericah Miller—a wife, working mom of two, friend and sister. I studied psychology at Michigan State and completed my master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy while raising two little ones—a journey that deepened my respect for resilience and real-life coping skills. I know how life can feel both full and heavy at the same time. Maybe you’re carrying childhood wounds you’re finally ready to face, navigating motherhood, questioning a career or academic path, or wondering why life still feels hard even when you're living some part of the dream. I help women and people of color who feel stuck but are ready to move forward. I also provide a supportive space for anyone needing to process everyday stress and gain new perspective.
My approach is supportive and collaborative—I believe therapy should leave you feeling seen, heard and equipped with tools to face challenges with resilience and confidence. While we can't avoid life's storms, we can learn to ride the waves and stay steady through building of healthy coping skills. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change, lighten the anchor of your past, and move toward a life that feels steadier, lighter, and truly your own. You deserve harmony, peace and balance in your life.
